American Law Sources On-Line - Links organized by jurisdiction. Also includes Mexican and Canadian law, links to secondary materials, amicus briefs, uniform laws, directories of law schools and law reviews, and links to law-related email discussion groups.

Cornell Legal Information Institute - Links to primary materials organized by jurisdiction and topic. Also has introductions to each area of topical law, directories, an in-depth ethics library, features on legal topics in the news, and current awareness services.

Emory Law Library Electronic Reference Desk - U.S. and foreign law, organized and indexed by jurisdiction and topic. Also has directories, career information, and general reference information.

Findlaw - Links organized by topic and jurisdiction. Comprehensive and well-organized. Also has legal directories, legal news, current awareness services, discussion areas, and a career center.

Hieros Gamos - links to primary and secondary materials organized by topic and jurisdiction. Particularly good for international and foreign law. Also has directories of legal associations, lawyers, libraries, vendors, consultants, and publications.

National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) is comprised of lawyers, judges and law professors, appointed by the states as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, to draft proposals for uniform and model laws on subjects where uniformity is desirable and practicable, and work toward their enactment in legislatures.
