Welcome to the UT College of Law website on judicial clerkships!
The purpose of this site is to: (1) provide easy access to informational
resources available on the Internet concerning judicial clerkships,
and (2) publicize employment opportunities to students and alumni
of the UT College of Law who are interested in obtaining judicial
clerkships. This site is organized into the following sections:
General information about
federal and state court judicial clerkships
The judicial clerkship application
process
Additional resources for minority
students and alumni seeking judicial clerkships
Congratulations on obtaining
a clerkship!
Now what?
List of graduating students and
alumni obtaining judicial clerkships
This site is designed to supplement, not replace, the many valuable
hard copy resources available in the Career
Services at the UT College of Law.
If you are a recent graduate of the UT College of Law and are interested
in applying for a federal appellate clerkship under the new Federal
Law Clerk Hiring Plan beginning in August, contact the Career Services
Office for more information.
Comments and suggestions concerning this site are always welcome.
Please e-mail your comments and suggestions to Prof. Penny White, judicial clerkship advisor, at pwhite@libra.law.utk.edu.
