Programs Available Online

The College of Law is offering three video CLE programs in the area of "Corporate Governance." By watching each video, successfully completing a short quiz on the material, and mailing the proper fee and paperwork to the College of Law you will receive one (1) hour of general credit for each program. Please note that the video images appear dark in places because of lighting in the classroom and the contrast with the bright background imposed by the overhead projector. You need not adjust your monitor. The programs:

"Contract Formation in State and Federal Government Procurement" is available in three lectures, each carrying a quiz. Two of the programs have 1.25 hours general credit; one program is one hour dual credit. DETAILS


A video presentation entitled "The Greening of America's Energy Policy," presented by James M. Van Nostrand, is available for one hour of General Credit. DETAILS

Judicial Review: Marbury v. Madison: The University of Tennessee College hosted a day-long symposium Feb. 21, 2003 entitled "Marbury v. Madison: 200 Years of Judicial Review in America." Three hours of general CLE credit is available through video re-broadcast. MORE
