Center for Advocacy and Dispute Resolution
Concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution
There has never been a greater need for both zealous, skilled advocacy
on behalf of individuals and institutions in our courts, and at
the same time the need for wisdom, people skills and creativity
for the peaceful resolution of those disputes. The Advocacy Concentration
curriculum allows second-and third-year students to concentrate
their studies on the legal and practical skills aspects of courtroom
and alternative dispute resolution methods.
