Commercial Law League of America
Membership required to access some content. Provides legal and educational resources to business and credit communities. Some resources, including bankruptcy newsletter archive, a document of usary laws by state, and scam alerts are available without membership.

National Association of Credit Managers
Membership required to access some content. A nationwide networking and information resource for commercial creditors.

Bankruptcy Document Retrieval, Inc.
A commercial document retrieval service.

The Bankruptcy LawTrove
A private bankruptcy website that provides lists of government and bankruptcy resources as well as cases, statutes, regulations and general bankruptcy information.

Daily Bankruptcy News
Content available to subscribers only. Provides up-to-date bankruptcy-related news in several categories (law, economy, real estate, wall street, etc).

Fedfil.com
Federal filings and bankruptcy forms and information online.

US Trustee Program
Provides information concerning the Executive Office for US Trustees, formal announcements relating to the federal bankruptcy system, and a directory for general bankruptcy information and the administration of bankruptcy cases.

Securities Class Action Clearinghouse
By Robert Crown of the Stanford law library, the Clearinghouse provides detailed information and resources related to federal class action securities fraud litigation. It maintains an index of filings of over 3000 issuers and contains copies of over 36,000 litigation-related materieals (briefs, complaints, filings, etc).

Uniform Business and Financial Laws Locator
From Cornell University's Legal Information Institute (LII). Links to state statutes that correspond with Uniform Business and Financial Laws.

Offers free registration or a subscription. Free registration gives access to news articles, video news and interviews, podcasts, reader polls, and awards and honors. The subscription gives access to full magazine and more indepth research and analysis. Modernhealthcare.com focuses on healthcare business law, research, and news.

Healthlaw.org
National Health Law Program. A public interest law firm that specializes in health care law and in protecting the rights of individuals. Provides access to general health law information, including publications concerning various health law issues.

USPTO
U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, an agency of the Department of Commerce. Provides general information concerning patent, trademark, and IP law and policy.
