Carolyn Rowland focuses her practice on low-income housing tax credit, historic rehabilitation tax credit and new market tax credit transactions. She has represented developers, equity investors, regional equity funds and community development entities in structuring transactions; negotiating limited partnership agreements; negotiating financing arrangements for construction, permanent, tax exempt bond and bridge loan transactions; and structuring resyndication transactions. Ms. Rowland also has advised clients regarding corporate governance and non-profit organizational matters.
