Jade’s involvement in campus life at Vanderbilt continued at Tennessee.

The theory taught in the classroom coupled with practical application has helped to further my understanding of the law and has heightened my desire to practice law. Not only have I been afforded the opportunity to excel in the classroom, but I’ve also had the chance to participate in numerous extracurricular activities, such as the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy, Black Law Students’ Association, and the Street Law Program. I believe that the UT Law experience, in its totality, has prepared me for a promising legal career.”
