Thomas Prewitt, Jr.
Thomas R. Prewitt, Jr. is a member of the Health Care Team of the Special Business Services Practice Group. His practice is a mix of litigation, representation of clients in business transactions and counseling of clients on business matters, particularly those related to health care providers. Mr. Prewitt received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee School of Law in 1973, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from Rhodes College in 1971. He is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Tennessee, and is a member of several professional organizations including the Memphis, Tennessee and American Bar Associations and the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Prewitt is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Health Care Law).
