Faculty Reporting Form

Please use this form to report your newsworthy publications, achievements, and other interesting or noteworthy activities or events.

Simply fill in the fields and, when completed, click the "submit" button at the bottom. The information will be sent to R.G. Smithson, who will then distribute the news to the appropriate outlets. Please err on the side of over reporting. The administration will edit down content as appropriate.

If you are submitting more than one item, please use a separate form for each one. For the first item, complete and submit this form. Then, for the second item, return to the original email and click the link to this page. You will be taken to a fresh reporting form which you will use for your second item. Repeat for third and subesquent submissions.

If, while typing information into the fields below, you wish to start over, simply hit the "Clear Form" button at the bottom. This will clear all the fields and provide you with a fresh form. Your original information will not be transmitted.
