linked below and then successfully completing the quiz that is also
linked below. By successfuly completing the program, an individual
may earn three hours of general CLE credit.

Please download the quiz that is linked below and
1) print the four pages;
2) answer the questions by circling the correct answer;
3) complete the information form at the end; and
4) mail the quiz and information sheet, along with a check
for $75 made payable to "The University of Tennessee,"
to the address on the information form.
5) In order to receive CLE credit you must obtain at least
a 50% correct score on the quiz. If you do not pass, the quiz,
your application, and your check will be returned to you and no
CLE credit will be recorded.
