"Contract Formation in State and Federal Government Procurement: Legal Requirements/Practical Considerations "
This CLE program consists of three lectures, each one requiring satisfactory completion of a test for credit to be awarded. These programs are available by viewing the videos
linked below and then successfully completing each quiz, also
linked below. By successfully completing the programs and submitting the proper fee, an individual
may earn a maximum of 2.5 (general) and 1 (dual) hours of CLE credit.
Directions:
1) View the lecture(s);
2) download and print the quiz associated with each one,
3) answer the questions by circling the correct answer;
4) complete the information form at the end; and
5) mail the quiz and information sheet, along with a check for the appropriate amount made payable to "The University of Tennessee," to the address on the information form.
6) In order to receive CLE credit you must obtain at least a 75% correct score on each quiz. If you do not pass the test, the quiz, your application, and your check will be returned to you and no CLE credit will be recorded. You may view the videos here:
