Materials:

We will be using Yeazell, Civil Procedure (6^th ed.) and the accompanying 2006 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure published by Aspen. Hopefully, you all still have your books from first semester. In addition, I strongly recommend (but do not require) Glannon, Civil Procedure: Examples & Explanations (5^th ed.), also published by Aspen.

First Assignment:

Text pp. 255-265; Supplement pp. xiii-xiv, 3-14 (scan Table of Rules to get a sense of the structure of the rules), and Rule 1.
